This Website provides publicly accessible information about the Vidette framework — a structured alliance of independent Managed Service Providers (MSPs) and Managed Security Service Providers (MSSPs) operating across Australia and New Zealand. It is directed at:

  • Prospective clients seeking IT and cybersecurity managed services from Vidette framework members
  • Prospective MSP and MSSP partners seeking to join the Vidette framework

The Website enables visitors to submit contact enquiries and prospective partner applications. These Terms govern use of the Website only. The engagement of Vidette framework members for services, and acceptance into the Vidette partner framework, are governed by separate binding written agreements.
